Last night’s episode rocked, huh? I adore Halloween and loved the ode to the paranormal (to say nothing of Castle’s knowledge thereof). The crime was intriguing, although I’d figured out the villain by the second time he/she was on

screen. The fathering angle rocked this week, for once seeing Castle completely as the dad, not as the little boy

raising daughter wiser than he. But, of course, it was the sexual tension and byplay between Beckett and Castle that hooked me. I think I’m driving my husband nuts, because every Monday night as I settle in with my dvr, I yell, “Maybe this week, they’ll finally kiss!” I’m so excited hoping its soon, but I’d guess it’ll be closer to sweeps week.

Funniest line: When Alexis, after seeing her father’s Space Cowboy costume, says: “Didn’t you wear that, like, five years ago.  Don’t you think you should move on?”

Favorite line: Castle telling Beckett: “I’m giving you the bird.”

Favorite scene: I can’t decide between the ‘You smell like cherries‘ scene (whew, hot!!) and the scene where, after bringing the girl home, Castle goes hard-core dad and tells Alexis: “Call her parents…  Now.”
