Plotter or Pantzer?
Oh, I’m a total pantzer. I say that with a whole lot of admiration for the plotters I know. I’ve turned in 25 books now and I’m amazed that any of them has been finished. I’m still not sure I know what I’m doing. Yet, I’m okay with that. The unknown makes it crazy, but fun, too. Nothing like a bit of mystery to keep me coming back to my computer day after day.
Alpha, beta or gamma?
I’m a Beta gal, though I have to say, I’m married to a bit of an alpha (going on 18 years) and some of my best-selling books have featured more alpha-ish males. Go figure.
Card Games or Board Games?
Board games, definitely. I play them with my kids. Lately, my 10-year-old is in to the Settlers of Catan. You have to build roads, cities and settlements. He’s explaining this to me as I type. I’m definitely in over my head. Um, Clue, anyone? How about Candleland?
Sweet or Sour?
Sour, which is surprising considering my sweet- tooth. But I love something with a bit of bite and/or vinegar. Perhaps it is the German in me.
Chainsaw or Machete?
Machete. Especially if it is a man wielding it. A bare-chested and sweaty man with an exceptionally built torso. Sorry. I drifted for a moment. Pleasantly so. (Note to my husband: Yes, you were the sweaty, bare-chested and built man I pictured. Honest.)
Zebra or Leopard print?
Zebra. I love pack animals. Besides, those suckers can run. Well, so can leopards. But I always root for the underdog. Or the prey. Zebras are prey. So, go, striped wonders. Go!
As for my either or question: Milk or Dark chocolate.

Hi Jackie. Great answers. I love the cover to your book. My choice would be milk chocolate. But, I never turn down any chocolate.
Hello Jackie… you are a new name for me… have to look for your books! Enjoyed your Quick Six answers… As for chocolate, I prefer Milk… not a fan of dark!
Milk chocolate if there’s a choice, but chocolate is chocolate is chocolate! Can’t say no to chocolate! Any chocolate!
Jackie is also a new author to me. Thanks, Tawny, for introducing us to great authors!
Jackie, I’m looking forward to reading all the “secrets, scandals and surprises on the menu”! Thanks for sharing your Quick Six responses. (I actually had the same answers, surprisingly enough!)
Definitively milk. I don’t like dark chocolate at all.
Great quick six! Dark chocolate if I have to choose.
Great quick six!
I prefer milk chocolate. I do like dark, but I can only have so much before it makes a funny taste in my mouth.
I love both and usually combine the two, but I eat more milk chocolate.
Milk Chocolate, I recently had some with hazelnuts & raisins in it: Delish! I’m also addicted to Milk chocolate with a caramel filling! Yes, I know I have a very sweet tooth. Cute cover btw!!!
Milk chocolate, I really don’t like dark chocolate that much.
